Did you know that one of every 3 cancers diagnosed is skin cancer?

Did you know that 80% of all skin cancers are caused by over exposure to the sun or sun beds?

Well, I didn't. 

I started wearing SPF as part of my daily routine about a year and a half ago, mostly because I was concerned about aging; and I saw the difference in my skin right away, the tone of my skin kind of evened out and the texture was better, I haven't peeled in a while and it just looks nicer overall. However the benefits of using SPF don't stop there, the most important one and maybe the one we don't really think about is that it helps prevent damage to the skin that could lead to skin cancer.

Save Face is CoverFX's first annual campaign for sun safety awareness. For the month of June, Cover FX will support skin cancer research foundations in Canada, US and UK by donating proceeds from the sale of BritePrep FX (SPF 50) and SkinTint FX (SPF 30) and $0.25 for every new Facebook fan gained during the month June.
